Human Resources Manager Jobs

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• A Client/Employer in the Memphis, TN area is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join this multi-billion-dollar venture. This HR Manager will report directly to the Human Resources Director to help provide Broad-base knowledge and experiences across all aspects of Human Resources including compensation planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee coaching/counseling, employee engagement, learning and development, organization development and workforce planning. This individual will be a vital part of building a world class processes and procedures to enable a competitive industry leader company.

Qualifications

17 years of experience as an HR Manager/Director

Bachelor's required

Masters Degree in a related field

Broad-base knowledge and experiences across all aspects of Human Resources including compensation planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee coaching/counseling, employee engagement, learning and development, organization development and workforce planning.

Experience providing HR support to both a salaried and hourly workforce

Manufacturing experience

Experience delivering significant HR process improvements and/or change management efforts, preferably as a Project Manager/Lead

Demonstrated ability to lead, empower and develop teams

Proven self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fluid, dynamic environment, including ability to manage time and resources
