The aerospace Human Resources Manager is responsible for the HR strategy
execution. The focus is on proactively driving execution to ensure that business targets are achieved through its people. Driving HR best practice and managing the efficient execution of the HR value chain is also a key focus of the role.
Summarized Responsibilities:
1. Drive the efficient filling of open roles through smart recruitment and selection plans
2. Design, develop and implement robust and fit for purpose learning and development interventions (including health and safety)
3. Implement performance development to drive a high-performance culture
4. Align all employee compensation and benefits to the Nidec Motion and Energy policies and practices
5. Build effective and trust-based relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring compliance to Nidec Business Ethics and values and respective local/regional/country labor legislation
6. Manage the HRIS ensuring data integrity at the onset allowing for data informed decision making.
