Job Description

Position:HR Operations Specialist

Location:Chantilly, VA - Onsite

Duration:Fulltime/Direct Hire

Salary:Market/Flexible

·Administration of all benefits offered by the company.

·Responsible for processing bi-weeklypayrollaccurately and timely

·Conductnew hire orientationand assist withonboarding process.

·Assist with employees’ understanding ofHR-related policies, processes, and benefit programs.

·Assist withresolving employees’ HR-related questions and issues.

·Strengthen and enhance the company’sHR programs, policies, and processes.

·Prepare HR reports.

Qualifications:

·3+ yearsof professional work experience inHR

·Strong knowledge ofHR-related best practices, government regulations and industry standards

·Strong communication and people skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

·Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and diplomacy when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
