Job Description

Base: $45,000-$55,000 + Full Benefits (medical, dental, vision, and PTO)


Purpose: Support key HR functions across the company.


Day-To-Day:

  • New Hire Orientation: Coordinates new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with employment law and human resources policies; employee onboarding; apprises employees of benefit options; accurately completes requisite paperwork for all new hires
  • Manages all benefits enrollments
  • Office Management: plan meetings/events, office administration, upkeep and facilities
  • HR Administration: administrative and operational duties of the employee life cycle
  • Run Payroll in accordance with the local law/regulations
  • Recruitment: Initiates and coordinates recruitment ads; reviews applications/resumes; assist managers with screening applicants; ensures offers are made in accordance with procedures


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of US employment law
  • ADP Workforce Now experience a HUGE plus
  • 2 years in HR
  • College Degree
  • Payroll experience a HUGE plus
