Responsibilities:
New hybrid work opportunity based in Billerica MA for a Human Resources Operations Associate. Reporting to the HR Service Delivery Manager Americas, this role provides direct support to Bruker employees, company management and multiple HR groups, as part of Bruker’s HR Operations Team Americas. The HR Operations Associate role will provide opportunities to gain hands on experience in multiple HR areas, including New Hire Onboarding, General HR Operations and Administration, Data Management, Labor Law Compliance, and more. The successful candidate will provide best-in-class service leading to a positive employee experience.
  • Foster positive employee relations and work successfully on a team and with stakeholders
  • Provide support with immigration related activity in partnership with legal and HRBPs
  • Process employee data transactions in HRIS related to hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and other employment related changes, including compensation and terminations
  • May provide support for recruiting activities such as scheduling candidate interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Answer general HR questions regarding policy and processes, benefits, payroll, and route complex requests or issues to appropriate department (i.e., HRBP, Benefits, HRIT, Compensation, Recruitment)
  • Conduct or assist with record audits and mandatory reports which may include I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, and other compliance reviews
  • Document guidelines, processes, and procedures of the HR Operations team
  • Support the onboarding process which includes preparing offer letters and employment agreements, completing I9 and E‐Verify transactions, and conducting new hire orientations
  • Act as an ambassador of our culture and partner to foster a dynamic, high-performance, people-oriented environment
  • Maintain employee records such as electronic personnel files, I9’s, benefit and Immigration.
  • Support special projects or tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Requires initiative, confidence, prioritization, time management, resourcefulness and common-sense approach to problem solving
  • Positive, professional demeanor, able to engage as a team member with co‐workers at all levels of the company
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a motivation to partner and provide excellent customer service
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Prior experience with HR Information Systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle desirable
  • Proficiency using Microsoft 365 platforms: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • Curious, strategic thinker with a solution‐focused mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with English fluency in spoken and written format
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to own processes and initiatives end-to end, work independently and within a team environment
  • Bachelor Degree in business administration/management, science, technology, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience with a Bachelor Degree; or 3 years without a degree
  • May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
