Responsibilities
The HR Onboarding Coordinator processes new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates drug screens and completes the I9/E-Verify. Will process status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and get all appropriate approvals before processing in the HRIS. Maintains licensure and certification reports to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree required or 1-2 years of related experience
• Strong time management skills required
• Previous Human Resources experience is required
• Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required
• Microsoft computer skills required
