Human Resources Manager (Hr Manager) - Remote | Wfh

As a Human Resources Manager at our manufacturing location, you will play a key role in driving engagement and promoting a high-performance culture among our employees. We are looking for a passionate individual who can identify opportunities to improve organizational capability and drive positive change in alignment with our business strategy.
In this role, you will provide coaching and consulting to business leaders on effective performance management, advise on employee relations issues, act as an advocate for employee communication, and help direct the HR and leadership team in its communications. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our business processes comply with local, state, and federal legal requirements, and that our compensation programs adhere to corporate policies.
We're looking for someone who is not afraid to champion change management through collaboration and communication, and who can act as the lead for talent acquisition plans in anticipation of short/long-term business needs. You'll need to be able to work effectively across all levels of the organization, demonstrate discretion, and possess good business judgment. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources professional experience is preferred.
