Human Resources Assistant Jobs

We are adding a Human Resources Assistant to our Pharmacy branch in Nashville, TN. The Human Resources (HR) Assistant professional will handle the daily administrative, operational and human resource duties. They will assist the HR Director with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees. Operational duties may include processing the mail, posting payments as needed, and working with vendors (i.e., housekeeping and vending services).

Responsibilities:

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date files, records and documentation
• Processes new hire paperwork and filing
• Manages accurate time and attendance records and payroll
• Initiates onboarding for new employees
• Assists with day-to-day operations of human resources and recruiting

Requirements:

• Previous Human Resources experience is required
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• General office and/or personnel-related experience is required
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communications skills
