Job Description

We are looking for Workforce Solutions Program Associate who currently lives in the Columbus, OH Metropolitan area to join our growing Employer of Record (EOR) division.


This is a full-time position responsible for navigating program participants and client needs and challenges. You should be an energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats. Must be experienced in handling a wide range of workforce and administrative related tasks and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Must be extremely well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a team of diverse people.



Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Train and orient participants and clients on applicable systems.
  • Maintain competency related to employment laws and regulations in all applicable states.
  • Create, maintain, and archive compliant employment documentation.
  • Serve as client and participant support liaison.
  • Maintain training and orientation programs for participants and clients.
  • Responsible for continuously updating and refreshing UpRys’ knowledge base.
  • Execute on committed timelines, including influencing clients to meet their agreed upon timelines, properly allocating resources, and maintaining the team on project-related issues with a strong emphasis on results.
  • Research and respond to all onboarding, offboarding, payroll, expense reporting, and all other matters that are requested by participants, clients, and internal team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Execute employee onboardings and offboarding, including working with our back office to set up and enroll payroll, and benefits.
  • Support the UpRys EOR team across all aspects of the business.
  • Ensure clients and participants are appropriately set up in all UpRys systems as required with client agreements and supported employee documentation.
  • Support and execute upon compliant employee terminations and offboarding.


QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate information.
  • Research-oriented, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Technology-literate, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Preference given to candidates located in the Columbus, OH Metro area.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, listening and consultative skills.
  • Drive, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating an unparalleled participant and customer experience.
  • Strong consultative customer service and project management style.
