Minimum Job and Education Requirements:

High School/GED. Trade school desired. Three years of experience in this field.

Minimum High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Minimum of one year experience preferably with a civilian police force, military police force, or civilian security guard organization.

Possess a current CPR certification through the American Red Cross.

Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.

Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.

Wearing a uniform and possessing an assigned weapon, will participate in Guard Mount, receive assigned post, and copy any extra instructions.

Minimum of 1 year experience operating a front-end loader

Maintain the technical requirements for the development of operators. Train new CNC operators in all aspects of safe and productive machining.

Review customer specifications and process requirements to determine the procedures, testing, and routing sequences required to meet the part requirements.

Responsible for quality and safe operation of CNC machining equipment. Establish and maintain all the process control requirements for this equipment.

5+ years of experience with 5 axis programming using NX CAM is required

Experience with 5 axis programming using Hypermill or related software.

Working knowledge of machining ceramics.

Experience in customer and vendor management

This requirement can be waived with 2+ years of related experience, training or combination of the 2.

Experience with investment casting qualification and metallurgical investigations is preferred.

Reviews new or revised customer specifications in order to assure and arrange for compliance to contract requirements.

Produce documentation in order to flow down applicable customer specification requirements to outside vendors of materials and processes.

2+ years of manufacturing experience is preferred.

Experience in automated equipment procurement (writing bid specs, analyzing quotations, reviewing approval drawings, performing vendor buyoffs, installation, startup, and commissioning)

Experience in Automotive Assembly manufacturing

Automation Experience (PLC, AC Drives, Servo, Robotics, HMIs, Vision Systems) – Highly preferred

1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and training preferred. Newly licensed encouraged to apply.
