Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
HR Program Administration:
Implement and manage various HR programs, plans, and procedures to support our employees.
Prepare comprehensive reports on HR activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and terminations.
Maintain accurate records in our human resource information system and generate necessary reports.
Employee Support
Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
Offer administrative support to senior management, assisting with various HR tasks.
Cultivate positive relationships with personnel, customers, vendors, and other departments.
Confidentiality And Compliance
Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data and information.
Stay updated on HR best practices and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and regulations.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform assigned duties efficiently and effectively, meeting the organization's needs.
Qualifications
Take on other HR-related tasks as required and assigned.
Education And Experience
Associate degree or equivalent in human resources or a related business field.
Preferably, 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related business field.
Previous human resources experience in the medical industry.
HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR would be advantageous.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Products, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with ADP or similar payroll software.
Experience with Bamboo or other HR platforms is a plus.
Physical Qualifications
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Comfortable with frequent use of telephone and computer.
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends, based on job demands.
Personal Qualifications
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in HR processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive and positive approach to work, contributing to a collaborative environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional phone etiquette for interacting with clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with demanding deadlines.
Please note that this position typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule, but flexibility may be required to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
