The Role:

The team at Sunbit is looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Human Resources Associate to join our Las Vegas, Nevada office. Your primary duties will be to assist our HR Generalist with a variety of HR needs. Other responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to administrative duties, reviewing resumes and arranging interviews, coordinating and conducting new hire orientations and training sessions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to grow in the People space and help to nurture a culture of positivity, growth and inclusion.


Please Note: This position is in a Call Center, in office (non-remote) environment


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist with recruiting by submitting online job postings, shortlist candidates, and scheduling phone interviews
  • Perform other special projects as assigned
  • Perform administrative duties such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, performance reviews and other data in Sunbit’s HRIS
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their inquiries
  • Support tasks related to new hire onboarding including coordinating new hire start dates and check-ins
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
  • Support leave administration and documentation
  • Maintain proper and accurate records of employee attendance
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries within the organization


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment required - call center experience a plus
  • Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Use all required office equipment in an effective and efficient manner
  • Must have knowledge of MS office software to include Word and Excel; Google Suite a plus
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all data and information
  • Work with various computer applications and programs such as BambooHR and ADP Workforce Now a plus!
  • Review and comprehend all necessary documentation
  • Three (3) years HR experience with visibility into recruitment
