Job Summary:


FutureProof is searching for a Manager/Sr. Manager who can work directly with our colleagues at all levels within the organization, build relationships, and establish credibility with employees from a wide range of teams/departments. The individual must be able to balance overall corporate needs, employee support, and the ongoing operational needs of the company while maintaining compliance with all HR regulations.


Key Role Responsibilities:



  • Provide senior-level support in functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, and special projects



  • Work closely with CHRO and liaison with the global management team in initiatives and business strategies



  • Collaborate with HR leadership to design and deliver training programs for employees and managers on topics such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, and workplace harassment



  • Assist with implementing and managing human resource policies, services, and programs to ensure they are aligned with the objectives and goals of the group



  • Oversee annual internship and scholarship program while partnering with global stakeholders



  • Oversee/assist in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies (communication, onboarding, talent management)



  • Manage the data integrity of HRIS and run reports routinely to analyze data for ongoing issues, projects, or functions



  • Assist with the implementation or upgrading of new HR system modules as needed (i.e. performance management, recruiting, onboarding, LMS)



  • Oversee and act as backup for bi-weekly payroll processing. Audit bi-weekly payroll



  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation in compliance with EEO/AAP



  • Other duties and projects as assigned




Minimum Qualifications:





  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role



  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field (degree may be substituted for an additional 2 years experience)



  • Bilingual in Korean / English is a plus but not required



  • Solid understanding/experience with human resources and payroll processes, benefit & and compensation administration, recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee relations issues, organizational planning and development, FMLA/leave administration, and employment law compliance (FLSA, ADEA, EEO, ADA, FMLA etc.), performance management, employee development, corrective action, employee investigations, regulatory reporting




Work Authorization:




The ideal candidate for this role will have authorization to work in the US prior to joining Hanwha Holdings (USA) Inc. This role will not sponsor or offer assistance with the sponsorship for work authorization in the United States.
