Job Description

Director - Human Resources and Culture

Join a high-flying private equity - backed 750 + person organization, where you'll be responsible for leading everything HR related including what people, processed, technology etc. are needed to effectively run the organization now and for the continued growth. You provide leadership around training and development, recruiting, performance mgmt, organization culture, talent development and compensation and benefits.


Responsibilities:

  • Leadership in employee relations and actively managing performance issues to resolution
  • Partner in developing the organization's 5-year roadmap as a strategic partner
  • Develop relationships with executive leaders to develop strategic HR solutions
  • Build an "inclusive" culture for all employees where people love coming to work.
  • Implementation and administration of HR programs and processes, including strategic staffing, performance and retention management, compliance with laws/regulations and assessing progress against company EEO goals
  • Provide strategic HR leadership around People, Culture, and HRIS for the organization.
  • Lead the development of a company-wide training / learning management system.


Qualifications

  • Eight or more years of HR experience in leadership roles
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree is a plus.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or related industry is a big plus
  • Broad and in-depth knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
