Job Description

Summary:

  • Prepare and distribute new hire offer letters.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to coordinate offer letters, background screenings, recruiting, requisition approval, and internal notification processes.
  • Utilize HRIS report writing tool to complete various internal and external reports and surveys.
  • Ensure timely completion of all screens, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Support other HR related tasks or projects which may be related to any functional area of HR.
  • Conduct periodic audits to monitor compliance with procedures, and training.
  • Coordinate, produce and distribute employee service anniversary letters. Create and distribute position and status change letters.
  • Maintain and update documents on the department’s Knowledge Center.
  • Facilitate the notification process for new hires, departures and applicable personnel changes and verify information.
  • Review and process incoming non-partner hire requests. Maintain records and track of requisitions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR Management.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Knowledge and application of applicable employment laws (i.e. Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Labor Standards Act).
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Strong Excel skills. Experience with HRIS and report generation.
