Job Summary & Responsibilities


The HR Technology and Operations Specialist assists the HRIS Manager and People Operations team in achieving its mission by providing support across functional areas of the People Team. This role will ensure accurate data is in the HR Systems. The HR Technology and Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with the entire People Team including Total Rewards Team, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and cross functional department leads, to provide system and operational support and New Hire Onboarding from the offer- acceptance stage to the first day. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, we are looking for a team player who is ready and eager to join a fast-paced environment, eager to learn and willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in.


HR Technology


  • Manages LinkedIn platform with campaigns, communications, license, and user support
  • Provides support to end users on system-related issues, queries, and enhancements for different HR applications such as BambooHR, ADP, MentorcliQ, Checkr, Engaged2Excel, Betterworks, Equifax
  • Supports HR/People systems and integrations from a technology standpoint which include needs and requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, training, and administration (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Reviews and validates team member new hire information and status changes, managing data of all US and international team members
  • Maintains responsibility for data maintenance and updates and ensures a high degree of the integrity of data in our HR systems and run ad-hoc reports as required


People Operations


  • Other projects as assigned
  • Manages onboarding process for all US team members, which includes New Hire Orientation
  • Organizes quarterly New Hire Training and hosts Lunch and Learns
  • Leads I-9 program to ensure compliance with ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement)
  • Manages company background check for all US team members


Role Requirements


  • 2+ years of working experience in HR Technology field and People Operations or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to interface with all levels of the organization


Skills And Knowledge


  • Technology background and experience (SDLC/Software Development Life Cycle) experience preferred
  • Track record of being innovative as well as demonstrating the ability to handle a variety of People Operations related activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must. Visio preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to exercise appropriate judgement and handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion at all times
  • Must possess the ability to communicate and present clearly and effectively in a collaborative manner with employees at all levels across the organization
  • Strong ability to multi-task and respond effectively to changing priorities and demands
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail are a must


Target Pay Range


$36.17 p/h to $54.26 p/h - the final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. *Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
