Recruiter/Hr

Our company is seeking a motivated and skilled Recruiter/HR coordinator with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and on a team. This individual will be responsible for conducting rigorous searches for qualified candidates, networking and building relationships with escrow officers, performing reference and background checks, and preparing new-hire packets for new employees. Checking in with employees and handling all HR responsibilities for the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of the Escrow Industry: It is crucial that the recruiter has a solid understanding of the escrow industry, including the different types of roles, titles, and qualifications required for each position.

Excellent Communication Skills: The recruiter must be an excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, as they will be responsible for communicating with candidates.

Strong Networking Abilities: The recruiter should have an extensive network of industry professionals, and be able to leverage this network to find qualified candidates. Attending escrow association events.

Recruitment Experience: The ideal candidate should have previous recruitment experience, particularly in the escrow industry. This will enable them to navigate the recruitment process effectively and identify top talent.

Organizational Skills: The recruiter should have strong organizational skills to effectively manage the recruitment process, from initial job postings to scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

Attention to Detail: The recruiter should have a keen eye for detail to ensure that all candidates are thoroughly vetted and that all necessary paperwork and documentation are in order.

Technology Savviness: The recruiter should be comfortable using technology and have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.
