Hr Analyst - Indio

The County of Riverside's Department of Human Resources seeks a Human Resources Analyst i/II/III to join our team. This position supports TAP/Mass Recruiting operations located in Indio, CA and will work a telework hybrid schedule with every other week in office.
The position will be responsible for conducting recruitments, including assessment of position specific requirements, creation of job advertisements, candidate sourcing, resume review, and job offers. Additionally, the incumbent will attend Employee Development Department (EDD) hearings and counsel employees. This position will require a detail-oriented, organized HR professional that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The most competitive candidates will have recruiting experience in a government setting, performing high-volume recruiting for a variety of classifications, and will possess knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft, and NeoGov.

The level at which the position will be filled is at the Department's discretion and is based on candidate qualifications.
