Job Description

CPG & Associates has been engaged by a growth-play private equity Healthcare organization in search of an Associate Director Finance to partner with the CFO to assist in shaping the destiny of the company. The Associate Director Finance will lead a team responsible for FP&A, Strategy Finance, M&A, and Data Analytics. This is an exciting "roll-up sleeves" opportunity in a multi-site, fast paced, high growth environment.



Compensation:

Salary range: $150-175k

Bonus: 20-25%


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strategy finance consulting experience welcome
  • Working directly with CFO required
  • Leading a data analytics program a plus
  • Finance degree required
  • CPA / MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years progressive career in building out a corporate finance function
  • Experience developing strategies to help a company restructure its business or establish strategic partnerships through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures required
