Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer and Ad Ops Specialist with social and digital media management experience. This role requires both a left and right-brained thinker. Someone who can efficiently maneuver the ins and outs of creative agency asset production, campaign execution, and media distribution. With a passion for problem solving within the technical environment, a team player, analytical and well versed in digital trafficking knowledge.

This role is responsible for administration and operational day-to-day management of advertising on various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ad operations and digital technologies related to the execution and measurement of multi-channel digital marketing efforts. This position will initiate and track advertising projects from start to finish ensuring efficiency and accurate record and data-keeping, including gathering and communicating ad specifications, collecting creative assets, releasing ad tags to media partners, implementation of client website tagging and tag management, extensive QA and management of process to on-time launch.

You'll support the team in the development of strategies and distribution of content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media platforms and paid media partners. There will be a level of interfacing with agency creatives and producers, media buyers and support members along with operational platform companies.

This position is hybrid-flexible, with candidates ideally located in Atlanta, GA or surrounding areas. Candidates may work remotely as needed, with our spectacular new office near Ponce City Market opening in June 2023 and available for use!

What you'll do:

  • Manage | Own the trafficking and publishing of all content across owned and paid channels. Create, execute, traffic out, and maintain ad campaigns across a variety of platforms. Facilitate/Maintain creative specs for asset creation and delivery.
  • Qualify | Identify and communicate creative, campaigns and customer issues. Ensure creative and content is in compliance with ad policies and platform specifications. Investigate digital campaign tracking processes, paths and attribute opportunities. Troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery, performance, and discrepancies. Provide technical support and interact with media/account/production team and partners. Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow.
  • Collaborate | Meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines by working with creative and technology vendor partners. Assist with other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed

What you'll need:

  • Must be detail oriented and able to adapt quickly
  • Orientation toward providing excellent client service and following through on requests
  • Self-motivated and driven with ability to execute as part of a multi-functional team
  • Working knowledge of HTML, Flash and JavaScript codes
  • Deep understanding digital advertising workflow and media vocabulary (impressions, CPM, conversions, etc). Understanding of and experience with media vendor relationships a plus
  • Knowledge of audience targeting and data-driven audience tactics
  • Previous experience with high-volume interaction with partners
  • Organized and highly focused with an ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Working experience using various 3rdParty Ad Servers and multiple ad formats (dynamic creative, rich media, mobile, video)
  • Experience working with ad verification/viewability/OBA compliance and brand/ROI study implementation
  • Passion in digital marketing, curiosity towards industry technology
  • Google Ad Manager experience and high proficiency with Microsoft excel is a must
