What To Expect
The Infrastructure & Development Team is responsible for the planning, development, and operations of Tesla Real Estate. This individual will be the primary owner of all Infrastructure data as it relates to proper tracking and upkeep. This role will also support in developing reports and dashboards to guide strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do

• Manage critical Infrastructure data within Tesla’s internal Real Estate tool and develop processes to maintain data accuracy.
• Work with various stakeholders to assign ownership of critical data fields and track the data accuracy on an ongoing basis.
• Partner with Tesla’s IT Team to enhance the internal Real Estate tool.
• Provide data backed, innovative ideas for more accurate budget estimating and opportunity for savings in future projects.
• Partner with IT and Analytics to develop budget tracking dashboards.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements as it relates to purchase order processing.
• Support the Infrastructure Analytics team with new reporting and data tracking efforts.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and general invoicing required.

Experience working with Real Estate Developers, General Contractors, Construction Companies, Design Firms, or Real Estate firms encouraged.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) liaising with both technical and non-technical professionals.

Strong presentation skills to audiences comprised of all levels of leadership.
