As Global Head of Media Strategy, the ideal candidate is hands on and can delegate, is strategic and tactical, is someone who knows how to spot opportunities before anyone else, and knows the latest tools and the right ones to use at the right times. And, importantly, someone who is willing to optimize search terms as they are to present global media strategies.


What You'll Do:


  • Internally, help build the media team of the future – personnel, process, technology.
  • Develop strategic ideas that drives brand and/or demand campaign communications forward, in doing so having an influence on creative and content
  • Evaluating what has worked or not worked and applying learnings to future campaign development
  • Lead presentation/discussion with the client around strategic ideas, sharing recommended direction and rationale as to why this is the right approach.
  • Partner with client team on campaign/business brief to ensure it is crafted through a lens that delivers the necessary information successful campaign execution
  • Develop targeting approaches for local market/discrete audience adoption
  • Recommend paid and earned media channels that support the strategy and how specific tactics/channels will be measured
  • Lead the marketing/communications planning process for our clients


What You'll Need:


  • 10+ years of multi-channel media planning experience including but not limited to digital display (direct buys and programmatic), search, social media, OTT, radio, print, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to closely monitor many moving parts
  • A positive attitude and insatiable desire to learn
  • Fluency in measurement tools (Google Analytics), media planning tools (Kantar, Nielsen, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Recent B2B experience is a must
  • Ability to work independently (yet collaboratively) in a remote environment
