Job Summary

The Correspondent Coordinator provides support for the post purchase, ancillary processes for the Correspondent division. Responsibilities include research, reporting, recordkeeping and communication with Sellers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Tracks invoice payments and reconciles with Finance to ensure accurate and timely posting.
• Researches and responds to audit requests. Reaches out to sellers as needed for supporting documentation.
• Communicates with Sellers for missing insuring documents. Tracks response to ensure timelines are met.
• Maintain iContact lists.
• Acts as Seller liaison for post-purchase and servicing transfer reconciliations. Requests refund or reimbursement, as necessary.

Position Requirements

Education

• Bachelors Degree required or equivalent work experience with High School Diploma

Experience

• Minimum 1 year work experience within the mortgage, finance or mortgage loan servicing industry preferred

• Ability to understand sophisticated mathematical models and concepts
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Access
