Media Ops Coordinator Jobs

Experience working with content management platforms such as Drupal, Contentful, Magento, or Adobe Experience Manager

Execute and manage all job postings in both our ATS and job site

Assist team with data entry support for linear and nonlinear workflows

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in media or related field

Excellent numeric skills, strong attention to detail, with a sense of urgency when applicable

Working knowledge of traffic and scheduling systems a plus (i.e. Gabriel, GRiP it, AWM, On-Air Pro, etc.)

Working knowledge of workflow production system, a plus

Experience with office management and coordination of events

You have been responsible for general office management duties such as ordering supplies, and managing vendors who support the facilities

Previous office support or people operations experience

Experience using Jira, Greenhouse, Google Suite, Namely, Slack

Google sheets experience would be awesome!

Maintain personnel files and filing

Be part of the team automating people ops process flows such as onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, etc

Experience with nuances of members requests, and able to effectively prioritize them

Experience working in a high growth environment and comfortability jumping into new processes

Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem: past experience working with patients preferred

Ability to work with insurance payers: past experience preferred

Understanding healthcare billing, ICD-10 and CPT codes: past experience preferred

Manage inbound members messages, ensuring proper prioritization across various types of messages

Hands-on, self-serve campaign management experience in DV360, The Trade Desk, Facebook, Google Ads or similar platforms

Perform daily campaign management of search, social, display and video campaigns

Hands-on experience trafficking HTML5 and video creatives in Google Campaign Manager or similar third-party ad server

Manage regular tasks with minimal oversight

2+ years in HR, clerical and payroll administrative responsibilities

Experienced user of HR software and tools: Kronos & Wurk onboarding strongly preferred

Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Collect documentation for investigations, conduct interviews alongside leadership.
