The Agency’s vision for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is to proactively manage assets throughout their lifecycle to ensure their availability for prescribed use, consistent with prevailing best practices, as promoted by the International Standards Organization under ISO 55000.

Under the direction of the Senior Program Manager of EAM Governance, the Governance Operations Controller will be the primary liaison between the Enterprise Asset Management Division (EAMD) and the EAM business units (also referred to as end user departments) for Governance & Policy. The EAM Governance Program supports overall EAM Program implementation Agency-wide by (a) guiding the development of and (b) formalizing behavior around EAM policies, standards, structures, business processes, and system configuration. The Governance Operations Controller will embrace continuous improvement as they control, facilitate, and report on EAM Governance operations in a dynamic environment.

The selected individual will work with diverse groups of line and staff department personnel, contractors, and tenants as they further overall EAM Program implementation via the successful deployment of governance processes.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide continual guidance to end user departments on governance processes, program documents, and program requirements.
• Manage EAM Program Documentation. Facilitate updates to existing documents per the EAM Management System Document Improvement Work Plans.
• Create and publish intranet (i.e., SharePoint) pages and dashboards to enhance communications
• Maintain the EAM Document Framework and develop a sustainable review schedule to ensure all documents are periodically reviewed.
• Organize and lead status meetings (weekly/bi-weekly), developing agendas and status reports.
• Prepare and organize ad hoc presentations and meetings across EAM stakeholder groups.
• Actively track and facilitate the resolution of action items, risks, and issues derived from status meetings and system requirements change requests.
• Design, distribute, and report on surveys that assess end user satisfaction, program delivery metrics, program value, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Infrastructure Management, Industrial Engineering, Operational Analysis, Business Management, Public Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or other related areas.

• Superior oral, written and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages based on receiving audience.
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Project ,Visio, Power BI, Office Professional and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of maintenance and asset life cycle management.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
