Corporate Controller Jobs

A real estate asset manager who specialize in urban distribution centers (think Amazon, UPS, Honeywell, FedEx, Good Year, etc), own 400 warehouses, and acquire about 4 a month, are seeking their first Corporate Controller!

The company promotes upward mobility/career advancement – this role has both accounting and FP&A responsibilties and is more strategic in nature.

You'll report to the SVP Finance your primary focus will be to help lead and improve the company's financial and accounting systems and processes, implement software, etc. You'll work with business partners and stakeholders to provide strategic insights to support decision-making. There is no specific FP&A team, so this role will encompass this work. You’ll also design and roll-out policy manuals and protocols.

Please note: this role is on-site in Hoboken 2 days/week.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Strong experience with financial reporting, data analysis, and performance/operation metrics
• Circa 10 years of experience from Big 4/top 10 public accounting firm and real estate asset management/private equity/hedge fund
• CPA preferred
