As the Controller, your role will involve overseeing the overall financial and accounting for multiple locations.

Your responsibilities include:

· Supervise accounting staff and maintain financial records, including the General Ledger

· Manage all aspects of the company's finance/accounting department

· Oversee financial administration and planning, including accounting systems, budget planning and implementation, insurance, taxation, short- and long-term forecasting, and strategic planning

· Provide timely and accurate financial reporting

· Create annual financial budgets and analyze actual vs. budget performance

· Develop policies and procedures for financial control and reporting

· Establish internal systems to support financial and business operations

· Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures, analyze differences, and make necessary adjustments

· Coordinate office operations to ensure smooth functioning

Qualifications

Minimum ten years of bookkeeping and office coordination experience

Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in financial software

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
