Support the ESG senior management in evolving the ESG strategy, planning and communications as appropriate.

Manage ESG programs and initiatives including those related to climate action, community impact and human rights.

Oversee the progress of company-wide ESG goals, targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance strategic projects and innovation in relation to climate-related and social impact goals.

Drive topic-specific impact assessments with internal and external partners.

Act as subject matter expert on climate issues and standards including those related to greenhouse gas emissions.

Superior and significant hands-on project management experience from project initiation to implementation.

Knowledge of maintenance and asset life cycle management.

Manage EAM Program Documentation. Facilitate updates to existing documents per the EAM Management System Document Improvement Work Plans.

Bachelor's Degree in Infrastructure Management, Industrial Engineering, Operational Analysis, Business Management, Public Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or other related areas.

Actively track and facilitate the resolution of action items, risks, and issues derived from status meetings and system requirements change requests.

8+ years of leadership experience in technology management or related field, including operations, planning and performance management.

3+ years of people management experience

Facilitate communication and collaboration across the technology team, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and best practice sharing.

Monitor and manage technology budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources and alignment with business objectives.

3+ years of experience at a healthcare start-up (pre-Series C funding) ideally in population health

3+ years of experience managing against budget for a 50+ person organization.

Fill in for Supervisor or Manager during the day for brief periods of time

Basic reasoning skills to conduct searches and understand the needs of the legal staff

1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred

Experience with at least one RMS such as FileTrail or LegalKey, preferred

Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred

Information Governance Operations Clerk Description/Job Summary

Leads business continuity and records management protocols

Adaptability and enthusiasm to modulate between supporting Risk and Compliance management and leading large cross-functional projects

Knowledge and experience of Open Banking products would be beneficial.

Oversees local governance activities and drive consistent practices designed to identify, measure, monitor, report and manage risks

Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Payment Services Regulations.
