Job Title: Head of Internal Communications

Location: Hybrid, in office 3x per week | NYC

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $200,000-$300,000 base depending on experience

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Internal Communications to join our esteemed global financial services company. The ideal candidate will have experience driving effective internal communications strategies within a fast-paced environment as well as possessing strong writing skills. The role will play a crucial part in working with internal newsletters, employee engagement, corporate reputation, and more. Responsibilities:

• Leverage exceptional writing skills to effectively communicate concepts and updates in a concise manner
• Develop and execute comprehensive internal communications strategies
• Craft compelling and impactful written materials including newsletters and DEI initiatives
• Evaluate and leverage various communication channels, technologies, and tools to stay updated on emerging trends
• Craft communication plans that address potential challenges and proactively manage employee expectations and engagement

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in an internal communications-focused environment
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A strong writer and strategic thinker
• Experience in driving employee engagement
• Must have experience in financial services or global, matrixed brand
