This prestigious global investment management firm is seeking a dynamic and talented Communications Associate to join their team. As a Communications Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the firm's external and internal communications efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for investing and asset management, impeccable writing skills, and the ability to convey complex financial concepts in an engaging and accessible manner.

Responsibilities:

• Stay current on market trends, economic developments, and investment industry news.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key media contacts.
• Produce high-quality written content that effectively communicates the firm’s investment strategies, market insights, etc.
• Work with portfolio managers, analysts, and other subject matter experts to inform the general public and investors of investment ideas and compelling narratives.
• Work closely in a four-person team across IR, Financial Communications, Media Relations and External Comms, Corp Comms, digital/social, and some Internal Comms.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment strategies, and economic trends.
• A genuine interest in investing and asset management.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment relations and financial communications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional writing skills.
