Media Management: Engaging with key journalists, media and influencers as needed in support of reputation goals.

Agency Management: Support strategic smooth running of day-to-day partnership and engagement.

6-8 years’ experience across internal and external communications, with sustainability communications experience strongly preferred.

Regional or global experience is preferred.

Experience within agency or NGO is welcomed.

Strong project management experience and attention to detail

Work closely with Colgate-Palmolive Corporate Communications on issues management and crisis communications

Public Relations and Social Responsibility experience

Translates business strategies into key messages, using the power of storytelling develops appropriate communications initiatives in support of those strategies

Direct CSR/Sustainability internal and external communications programs to drive maximum impact, engagement and visibility

Coordinate events and engaging communications while elevating our digital and social media communications

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Basic knowledge of graphic design preferred.

Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.

Support communications alignment, coordination, and event tracking for EDF and the Global Climate Cooperation mission area’s Multilateral and COP28-related priorities.

Contribute to the development of the EDF COP28 Delegation internal newsletter.

Support the event planning, coordination and logistics for the Global Climate Cooperation team’s virtual, hybrid and in-person events.

Experience with basic website management (especially on WordPress) preferred.

Interest in or working knowledge of public policy, public health and advocacy, particularly air quality and climate change policy.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Thorough knowledge of social media and creative social media campaigns, especially on Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. Interest in Threads also appreciated.

Basic video and photo editing skills and desire to learn new software preferred.

Demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills.

Produce and coordinate content and collateral for event purposes, including externally managed event and fulfilling event printing needs.

At least 4 years of related professional experience.

Strong creative and design skills with the ability to translate an idea to several formats, channels and platforms.

Experience using Drupal, Buffer, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Descript, Audiogram (or equivalents).

Experience managing social media channels, and producing and managing content calendars.

Self-starter able to manage multiple media production projects, including managing budgets with external vendors.

Manage all RTW, bridal, and accessory sample requests

Assist with editorial press coverage worldwide utilizing international agencies for market specific coverage

Liaise with celebrity stylists for dressing opportunities, as well as product seeding

Liaise with internal teams daily to execute communications related requests

Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy surrounding collections and brand focused initiatives

Assist in managing all brand PR events such as press previews, fashion shows and store openings

Management of brand press email inbox including evaluating and responding to incoming media inquiries and collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage.

5-6 years experience at an established beauty company or communications agency (managing accounts).

Responsible for collaboratively ideating and inputting global communications strategies into launch GTM documents.

Draft launch and evergreen press assets including product one-sheeters, press pitches, and corporate announcement in tandem with agency partners.

Ownership over various team internal and external presentations, executive presentations/slides, and supervision of Transfer Orders (including product replenishment for agencies).

Working at IRL media moments such as product launches and retail openings.

Manage analytics of press recaps on all global corporate initiatives, global events, and special projects to evaluate efficacy and ROI.

0-1 years of experience in a marketing, PR, or communications capacity

Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail

Fashion show coordination together with Director: Global allocations, seating, managing hospitality and Global Employee and Talent Itineraries

Review and organize global feature story requests, interviews with Michael and process MK email Q&A requests

Support editorial shoot requests and sample availability with internal teams.
