What To Expect

• Handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to meeting deadlines
• The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Be willing to jump in and help other team members in any way needed
• Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
• A successful Data Entry Expert will be responsible for inputting various types of data into our computer systems accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up to date and organized computer records

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills
• Problem solver
• Ability to multitask
• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Must be able to pass Background Check & Drug Screening
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure

Daily Responsibilities

• Input and update client information, service requests, and work orders into our computer systems accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to other team members as needed
• Sort, organize and maintain various data files and documents
• Verify and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• 8 hour shift
• On call

Salary

• $12 - $17 per hour (rate based on applicable experience)
