Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Complete and renew credentialing for all new providers and current providers
  • Oversee contracts, billing, AP, AR, and payroll
  • Reduce overhead and continually seek efficiencies in operations and processes through risk/cost/benefit analysis
  • Discipline and fire employees as needed
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State Statutes, HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and CMS
  • Interface with outsourced IT resource
  • Oversee benefits process and work closely with broker
  • Manage and assist Nurse Manager
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff
  • Manage the Revenue Cycle Manager and other medical coding personnel
  • Manage budget, expenses, and reimbursements
  • Drive internal policies and procedures
  • Manage administrative and business staff of eight, including review process, staff development, conflict resolution, and scheduling
  • Produce financial reports and work closely with CPA firm and other consultants


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources with a passion for leading and supervising
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
