HOTWORX - A 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio offers the first-ever combination of 3-dimensional training. HOTWORX combines Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories among numerous other benefits from infrared. Our studios offer 24-hour access to virtually instructed workouts ranging from HOT Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, Hot Barre None, and more. Our exclusive workouts are done inside of our patented HOTWORX sauna in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
GM Mission:To develop and maintain the overall success of HOTWORX® through effective management strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills, and superior customer service to meet and exceed the performance goals of your franchise location. To maintain the integrity and good reputation of the HOTWORX® brand through various local and national marketing tactics and to professionally represent the brand at all times.
General Managers must be prepared for an exciting opportunity with unlimited earning potential while helping the community burn massive amounts of calories!
Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following:
- Utilizing online softwares for customer relations management (CRM) and point of sale (POS).
- Providing superior service to members and guests at all times by creating an inclusive, positive, and motivating studio culture.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the studio.
- Actively interview, hire, coach, and train sales staff while achieving personal sales goals.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) daily, weekly, and monthly to drive continuous improvement.
- Showing up daily, on time, with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with absolute enthusiasm.
- Managing staff schedule and payroll.
- Increasing brand awareness in the community via social media and other marketing programs.
- Meeting and exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly membership sales goals.
Initial and Required Training & Certifications:
- Attend the annual HOTWORX® Convention.
- Additional training requirements may be required at any time/as needed.
- Complete HOTWORX® Certification.Repeat once annually as a refresher.
- Maintain active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification at all times.
Compensation Targets:
- Incentive – Unlimited commission opportunities for studio & individual sales of memberships and merchandise
- Benefits – Free membership, paid vacation, discounts on merchandise, paid training
- Base Annual Salary – $50,000+ DOE
