Sales Manager - Fitness Studio

POSITION:

Sales Managers are responsible for meeting and exceeding studio revenue goals and new membership sales target by executing strategic community outreach, in-studio lead generation, and generating member referrals.

Under the management of a Franchise Owner, General Manager and with the support of the Corporate BFT Support Team, Sales Managers must exemplify leadership qualities in sales.

Sales Managers must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order build a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The Sales Manager is rooted in sales and marketing while upholding our mission to fuel energetic communal experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of fitness membership sales or similar recurring membership services
• Strong sales experience
• Ability to manage and drive 2 revenue streams: memberships and retail
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal
• Confident in generating personal sales and training team members on sales processes

• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment

• Proficiency with computers, CRMs, POS, and other studio management softwares

• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

DUTIES:

• Lead generation including grassroots marketing, external prospecting, and community
• Align with studio owner’s daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets

• Directly communicate and coordinate with all vendors
• Membership sales including overcoming objections and prospect follow up
• Manage staff schedule and hold team accountable for daily KPI execution
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes
• Audit sales process to ensure proper execution
• Identify areas of opportunity in the sales process and develop training curriculum to

ensure improvement of team member skillsets

• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to deliver lead goals for the studio
• Ensuring studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio supplies are stocked
• Display proficiency in ClubReady, the CRM
• Supervise, train, and develop Sales Associate team
• Any other duties as assigned
• Schedule and participate in lead generation and networking events
