General Manager Jobs

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of Temple Night Club San Francisco. General Manager responsibilities include formulating operational strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Set policies and processes
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Prepare regular reports for upper management
• Structure and implement training program
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Direct the employee assessment process
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

Skills

• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Strong analytical ability
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Proven experience as a Nightlife General Manager or similar executive role
• BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
