Financial Planning Analyst Jobs

LVMH Fashion Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join us at our New York City corporate office!

The Fashion Group provides support functions to 5 brands present in the US – Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo and Emilio Pucci. These 5 brands represent approx. 800 employees, 80 retail location, as well as an important volume of wholesale and a growing online business.

The purpose of this position is to support the FP&A Loewe team for daily activities related to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Its core focus will be on process/ system optimization and on building Brand analysis.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Process / System improvement

• Continuously strive to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting requirement in line with the business needs by developing new value-added analysis and automations.
• Work with accounting team on various process improvement projects.

Monthly closing/ management report

• Assist in the production of monthly management report and support on all ad-hoc reports and analysis under demanding deadline.
• Participate and assist in the monthly closing, calculating accruals, reviewing PNL, performing reconciliations as well as analyzing the variances.

Planning and Forecasting (R1 / R2 / Budget / 3 Year Plan)

• Take part in the forecasting process for the Loewe Brand.
• Assist in consolidating Brands figures and presenting them in a concise manner to help drawing conclusions and recommending actions.

Profile:

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
• Ability to think critically, propose solutions to solve problems.
• A first experience in FP&A, Accounting or Consulting is preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently, react quickly to unexpected situations, and be disruptive.
• Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint – Knowledge in PowerBI is a plus.
• Ability to work with different cultures.
• Ability to accomplish deadlines.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance/Audit/Controlling

The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000- $75,000 per year. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.

This role is Temporary with a potential to become permanent.
