Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Planning & Analysis

The Senior Financial Analyst of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) adds value by creating and implementing actionable data analytics and reporting for the global organization. Reporting to the Director, Corporate FP&A, this role is responsible for assisting in management of the annual financial plan and monthly estimate process, along with reporting and analysis on global performance. Responsible for coordinating across Affiliates, Regions, Brands, Functional Departments and Channels. This individual will provide Executive Management with insights on the business through enhanced analyses and reporting.

• Assist in compiling and publishing key metrics and KPIs to provide transparency, insights and consistent sales, profit, and operating expense reporting to Senior Management to drive effective and efficient allocation of the company’s investments
• Build collaborative relationships with Brand, Regional and Corporate Finance teams
• Assist in the identification, development, and adoption of strategic ad hoc initiatives that contribute continuous process improvement to the organization
• Corporate Funds Tracking
• Proactively seek ways to enhance, streamline, and automate existing processes
• Perform weekly Foreign Exchange Spot Rate Updates and Impact Analyses based on various rate scenarios
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting and presentation decks for Senior Management, that deliver timely and actionable insights
• Gather, report, and provide analytics on monthly Risk and Opportunities submissions

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong work ethic, in order to manage tight deadlines and multiple deliverables
• P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Familiarity with navigating matrix-ed corporate environment and partnering with cross-regional/brand/function teams
• Excellent financial and analytical skills
• 3+ years of relevant work experience that includes some combination of corporate finance / accounting
• Strong PC skills including SAP, CPM, OneStream, PowerPoint and particularly Excel, with the ability to work with a large set of data efficiently and effectively by leveraging advanced excel formulas/functions

U.S. Corporate/Office Exempt Roles
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several
factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on
geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance
and company results.
