The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented temporary Financial Data and Reporting Analyst to assist our Global finance team. Key responsibilities will include assisting the Operational Finance Director with global financial and operational reporting, financial analysis, and data integrity maintenance. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in finance and accounting functions while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

Data Integrity Maintenance

• Contribute ideas to streamline data maintenance, analysis, and reporting workflows.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks to ensure the integrity of financial records.
• Collaborate across several departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.
• Organize and maintain financial trackers for easy data retrieval.

Financial Analysis

• Assist in tracking financial metrics and KPIs, such as expenses, revenues, and profitability.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports summarizing key findings.
• Conduct basic financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify trends, patterns, and insights from financial data.

Reporting and Documentation

• Help document standardized procedures for future reference.
• Prepare financial performance reports, highlighting areas of concern or improvement.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the finance team in meeting reporting deadlines and requirements.

Who You Will Be:

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable previous relevant experiences and skills with the following:

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and analysis
• Previous experience or internships in finance or accounting are a plus but not required
• High proficiency with MS Office suite and very strong MS Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.

Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 hourly
