Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

Overview:

• This position collaborates across the entire organization and has the opportunity to help inform and develop strategic business initiatives.
• Aircraft leasing company - acquires, leases, and sells commercial jet aircrafts to airlines ($6B in their fleet)
• The Manager, FP&A builds and maintains annual budgets and forecasts including developing and maintaining detailed driver-based financial models.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of internal and external presentations
• Maintain leasing activity schedules
• Develop and maintain corporate financial planning model
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis
• Manage and distribute monthly performance report
• Support investor relations and external reporting groups
• Develop annual corporate and individual financing budgets and provide monthly forecast and variance reporting

Qualifications:

• Experience in aircraft leasing/aviation sector and the understanding of the operating lease market is a plus
• Excellent financial modeling skills (advanced Excel + PowerPoint skills, Power BI)
• Broad understanding of basic accounting and ability to interpret financial statements
• Proficient with SAS Reporting tool, Microsoft Dynamics and Bloomberg functionality a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years relevant work experience
