What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
• The ideal candidate as 6+ years of finance/FP&A experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performance Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on SG&A performance to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Variance Analysis: Monitor actual SG&A expenses against budget and forecast, and investigate and explain variances. Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost management.
• Financial Modeling: Create financial models to evaluate the impact of various scenarios on SG&A expenses, allowing for informed decision-making.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop, analyze, and maintain SG&A budgets and forecasts. Provide regular updates to senior management and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Cost Optimization: Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements within the SG&A functions.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Undertake special projects and ad hoc analyses as required to support strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
• Expense Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of SG&A expenses, identify trends, and assess cost drivers. Develop and implement strategies to control and reduce expenses while maintaining operational excellence.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the team's effectiveness in delivering timely and accurate analyses.
