Job Description
This is Finance at Lattice
The FP&A team leads company-wide planning, forecasting, and reporting and strives to provide comprehensive decision support through strong understanding of the business, its needs, and strategy. The team builds strong functional partnerships and enables cross-functional dialogue and initiatives to connect insights across functions, measure performance, create accountability, and drive business growth.
Lattice is seeking a Director of FP&A to support the GTM (Go-To-Market) organization in sales strategy and operations, business planning, and execution and provide strategic and analytical support to key stakeholders. This role will be responsible for developing and driving a proactive and collaborative partnership between Corporate Finance and GTM, understanding team needs and driving constructive and engaging conversations, and identifying trends and opportunities to advance the company’s overall business and financial strategy. The Director of FP&A will report into the VP of FP&A and be a trusted advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and their leaders, and have visibility to and frequent interaction with senior management.
What You Will Do
  • Build and scale a bookings and metrics forecast model based on key marketing, sales, and customer data assumptions.
  • Manage and develop a small team fostering growth and career development.
  • Improve visibility, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analysis of results and key metrics while advising senior management on insights and recommended actions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the GTM organization and partner closely with leaders to align business and financial goals.
  • Prepare presentations targeted at senior management, the Board of Directors, and investors.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to optimize sales capacity and design incentive compensation plans that are clear, measurable, cost efficient, and effective at driving behaviors that improve top-line growth while optimizing cost.
  • Lead planning and forecasting processes for GTM, including monthly forecasting, annual planning, long-term planning, and scenario planning.
  • Establish sales efficiency and productivity metrics to measure ROI across GTM operations, initiatives, and products and design business cases for new business models.
What You Will Bring To The Table
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and project managing in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to adapt and operate effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A roles, with broad exposure to several areas of finance, accounting, and business operations.
  • Ability to provide mentorship and continuous training to the team.
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $165,838.00 - $255,492.00. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
