Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented short-term Data Entry Associate to assist the Global Mile & IUSE team. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, highly organized, ability to manage large volumes of data, all within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete high-volume tasks within a set deadline
• Validate and input accurate information into XBPS
• Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry
• On the floor support to conduct 6-sided check and audit accuracy

Job Requirements:

• Experience working with any customs data entry (specifically ISF)
• Experience in working with large sets of data
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• 1+ years of related work experience
• Ability to coach and train associates for improved results
• 1+ years of experience with WMS and Excel or related work experience
• High attention to detail, well organized, and a self-starter
• Comfortable with working on different software
