Job Description
Overview


HealthPRO-Heritage LLC is one of the fastest growing regional providers of therapy staffing and management services. We are searching for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting department, reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Programs. The position requires strong analytical skills and someone who thrives in a high growth entrepreneurial environment. The Financial Analyst will impact the Company’s future through identifying issues, analyzing trends and interpreting financial transactions. This is the place for a team member to forge his/her own path while gaining insight into a dynamic segment of the Healthcare industry.


This is a remote position. Must have 3 to 5 years experience


Primary focus will be working with HR for dashboard and other analysis to start .


Responsibilities


Report to the VP of Strategic Programs


Prepares, reviews and summarizes financial plans, forecasts and variance analyses supporting both field operations and Corporate


Assist in the design and development of financial models and databases


Assist and support Sales Department with modeling of sales pricing proposals


Assist and support M&A Department with financial modeling and diligence as required


Communicate to all participants and management accurate and timely variance analysis


Use various software packages (e.g. MS Excel) including clinical management software to assemble data and generate accurate reports and analysis


Assist in the development of the annual budgeting process including working with our budgeting software package (BI360 – Solver)


Assist and support in the development of dashboards


Other Ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives as assigned


Qualifications


Experience in a Healthcare organization a plus, but not required


Up to five years of progressive experience as financial analyst or consultant; and strong academic record


BS in Accounting, Finance, or quantitative discipline; Masters a plus


Strong analytical skills, great attention to detail and strong verbal and written skills


Strong MS Excel


Solid understanding of financial/accounting systems, experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus


Solid working knowledge of financial statement analysis


Strong financial analysis, organizational and problem-solving skills


Dependable, flexible and adaptable to changing company needs and initiatives


Ability to work well in a fast paced, small team environment


Must be able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively


Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and clients
