Financial Analyst (Netsuite) Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Assist in the design and implementation of sales processes and workflows within NetSuite.
• Stay up-to-date with NetSuite functionality, updates, and best practices to ensure optimal utilization of the platform.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
• Utilize NetSuite to extract, clean, and analyze sales data, including customer information, sales trends, and product performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts, goals, and strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate sales insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Sales Analyst, or similar role, preferably working with NetSuite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar applications.
• Strong proficiency in working with NetSuite, including data extraction, report generation, and customization.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and KPIs within a sales organization.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar applications.
• Knowledge of sales automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
