How You Will Make an Impact:
As a Financial Analyst III, you will be an integral part of the Logistics FP&A team to support the delivery of our near- and long-term financial objectives. This is an excellent role to gain experience within an exciting, strong growing industry and a fast-paced and dynamic FP&A environment.
The Financial Analyst is responsible for performing and driving analytics, enhancement of data collection and consolidation through improved system utilization and automation of reports, as well as processes.
What You Will Do:
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of reporting and analytical processes to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Own monthly capital review meetings to help leadership understand major underspend/overspend of the capital projects and the drivers behind the variance
- Build and automate reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence tools to enable financial visibility for business partners
- Perform financial modeling and analysis for key business initiatives (capital, capacity expansions, PL transfers, etc..)
- Assist with the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting process (MBR, QBR, AOP, etc.)
- Support and coordinate closing activities and help ensure accurate reporting in the monthly close process.
How Will You Get Here?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Sophisticated MS Excel Skills; Proficiency with high volume data reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, PowerPoint and Hyperion
- 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and presentation skills
- Experience with Oracle JDE/E1, COGNOS and HFM would be a plus
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,000.00–$125,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
