Superb opportunity as the administrator of EPBCS application and interfaces as part of the Finance Decision Support Center. This role is open to remote work with preference for working East Coast hours.


Overall Responsibilities


  • Support the business needs involved in the Budgeting and Forecasting process
  • Administer, configure, and support financial applications: EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services), EPBCS (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services)
  • Metadata and reporting maintenance in related financial systems
  • Provide customer support for related applications through ServiceNow


Specific Responsibilities


  • Lead security requests and maintenance for end users; assist in user security reviews
  • Responsible for solving end-user issues submitted through ServiceNow application
  • Responsible for validation of data for movement between financial applications
  • Chart of Account maintenance and mapping: all dimensions in various systems: EDMCS, EPBCS
  • Assist with budget and month end submission and validation of financial information in HFM
  • Develop, maintain, analyze, and support reporting: Narrative Reporting, Smart View
  • Assist and support the Oracle General Ledger month-end process: interface between EPBCS and HFM/FCCS and EPBCS
  • EPBCS administration: create and maintain end-user submission templates, business rules and member formulas; assist in handling the interfaces between Oracle ERP, FCCS, Azure/Power BI and HFM
  • Assist in the yearly budget and monthly forecast processes


Qualifications


  • Team oriented with an ability to also work independently, with minimal guidance
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Minimum of 5-years proven experience in Finance or Information Systems
  • Experience with EPBCS administration, Calculation Manager or Business Rules/Calculation Scripts required
  • Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with FCCS administration preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Info Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology with a Business minor or equivalent work experience

Pay Range


Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.


$5,750.00 - $10,250.00


Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.


This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
