1-2 years of professional experience in a finance or business operations role conducting analysis on revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial modeling.

Identify gaps in our finance tracking systems and provide recommendations to narrow divides to provide a comprehensive view on our finances.

Liaise with our Finance and Accounting Team to monitor and analyze financial data, identifying patterns and trends, and build custom reports.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science or a related field.

Experience conducting data analysis with Microsoft Excel

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex and unstructured data into actionable insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Info Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology with a Business minor or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 5-years proven experience in Finance or Information Systems

Experience with EPBCS administration, Calculation Manager or Business Rules/Calculation Scripts required

Experience with FCCS administration preferred

Professional written and oral communication skills

Metadata and reporting maintenance in related financial systems

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License; Certified Public Financial Officer designation; and/or Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Certification is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field (master’s degree preferred).

Previous public financial administration, accounting and/or budget experience is required. Supervisory experience is preferred.

Successful candidates will ideally possess the following qualifications:

Experience with SSMS, SSRS, ETL tools (Alteryx or SSIS), SAP Business Objects universes, and SAP Crystal Reports.

Provide technical support to both internal Finance and external users on an as needed basis.

Prepares and submits all required financial and statistical surveys to third party and government agencies on an annual or quarterly basis.

Assists in the processing and analysis of the biweekly labor analysis . Identifying departments that are over their budgeted FTE’s.
