Finance Systems Integrations Analyst Jobs

Experience in biotech or CRO finance environment

Knowledge of CFR and GCP/ICH requirements, as well as European Clinical Trial Directive

A minimum of two years experience in healthcare IT.

Integration Engine experience is an advantage.

Knowledge of HIE architecture is preferred.

Manage technical documentation related to participant interfaces, connections, and data transforms.

Strong organization skills and ability to interact with internal business partners (coordinating between functional requirements definition and other resources executing configuration)

Responsibility for all phases of new data exchange development; documenting, updating, and communicating business requirements, overseeing testing, and facilitating on-time launch

Communication with clients and vendors regarding requirements gathering and analysis

Coordination with project team members to understand client-specific benefits structure, file layouts, field mappings, and profiles

Coordination with project manager to maintain project tracking documentation and status reports

Primary link between internal and external parties to document all requirements for specifications for data exchanges across assigned clients/vendors

Monitoring integrations to identify and resolve issues related to data reconciliation, dimensionality, change management, & tool adoption

Technical design, development, configuration, and ongoing administration of Finance applications

Experience managing projects across a variety of stakeholders

Deep understanding of Finance & Accounting concepts (forecasting, financial statement prep, month-end close process, US GAAP, etc.)

Experience scripting with SQL and setting up data integrations using APIs

Experience in early-stage technology companies is a plus

Thorough knowledge of web-application programming utilizing a Microsoft development stack, as well as, other programming knowledge and other functional skills.

Manage application upgrades and other system changes

Job is performed remotely and occasionally within a typical office environment.

Three to five years’ experience, legal industry experience is a plus.

Knowledge of various Business Intelligence reporting and analytical tools.

Experience with SSMS, SSRS, ETL tools (Alteryx or SSIS), SAP Business Objects universes, and SAP Crystal Reports.

Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.

Work under the direction of the Manager to provide integration solutions for the Healthcare System.

Document the business and technical requirements, workflow, and documentation required to meet deliverables and maintain integration requirements documentation.

Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.

Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.

Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications And Skills

Strong experience with Excel, Pivot Table and VLOOKUP.

Strong troubleshooting skills; be able to quickly analyze and resolve issues.

Excellent communication skills communicate effectively about technical details internally and to the client.

Experience with CSV, EDI/X12 preferred.

B2B Consumer products background STRONGLY preferred.

Property Management System (PMS) expertise

More than 10 years of experience working on integrations between PMS and other Hospitality applications

Build and maintain end to end knowledge of our products and their usage.

Build and maintain industry knowledge.

Review and analyze the business requirements and propose solutions to integrate them in the existing system.

Experience designing and contributing to APIs/webservices using SOAP and REST
