Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals, including CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, using various recruitment methods.

• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, referrals, and networking.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and match qualified candidates to open positions.

• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including reviewing credentials, and verifying references.

• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the hiring process for successful candidates.

• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, such as CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, along with relevant certifications and qualifications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding recruitment goals.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
